1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the JR Copier website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

JR Copier provides office copier and multifunction device (MFD) sales, leasing, rental, and repair services. Our services include:

  • New and refurbished copier sales
  • Flexible leasing programs
  • Short-term and long-term rental services
  • Maintenance and repair services
  • Installation and training

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are subject to change without notice
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract

4. Equipment Warranty

All equipment sold or leased by JR Copier comes with warranty coverage:

  • New equipment: Manufacturer's warranty applies
  • Refurbished equipment: 90-day warranty on parts and labor
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

5. Leasing Terms

  • Lease agreements are binding contracts for the specified term
  • Early termination may result in fees as outlined in your lease agreement
  • Equipment must be returned in good working condition at lease end
  • Lease payments are due monthly unless otherwise agreed

6. Rental Terms

  • Minimum rental period may apply
  • Rental equipment remains the property of JR Copier
  • Customer is responsible for equipment during rental period
  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the customer

7. Service and Maintenance

  • Service calls are available during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM)
  • Emergency service may be available at additional cost
  • Customers must provide reasonable access to equipment for service

8. Limitation of Liability

JR Copier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
